Dr.Rotkis is a very good doctor. Kind compassionate but yet you feel you're in good hands because he really seems to know what he's doing. Made me feel comfortable and made me feel like I was in good hands it meant a lot to me. I would recommend him and I would go to him again if I ever needed surgery.
First time ever, a doctor started off asking me about my life. What I did for a living, did I Iike my job, my pets....like he really wanted to get to know me. Explained my procedure and answered every question I had. I felt so welcomed.
The staff was very polite. The doctor listened to my concerns and worked with me in getting my problem fixed. Thank you for all your help Dr Fayad and staff.
I needed an urgent appt for something and got in that afternoon. All the staff was polite and respectful all the way back to Dr Poulin. I have called the office at least 4 times since appt almost 2 weeks ago. Staff never made me feel like I was bothering them. Listened to my concerns and talked with Dr Poulin who has my best interest at heart.
We had a consultation with Dr. Rotkis for my teenage son. He was very understanding and put him right at ease. He informed us and answered all our questions. Thank you Dr. Rotkis.
I just had my post op appointment with Dr. Mark Thompson. He is such a sweet and compassionate surgeon. Such a sense of humor!! He knew I was very nervous and concerned since I am a stroke patient x2 times. He told me prior to heading in to surgery, I've got you, I will take care of you....that he did, thank you!! We need more of these types of Dr.s and surgeon whovtuely care about their patients!
My doctor was great to me from the first time I met him to the last day of my journey. Words cannot express how how much you've helped me, I appreciate you and your staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
