This a one of the worst hvac companies you can hire. The owner is very unethical! Just google him! He does not pay his old employees their last checks! He gambles 2 times a week! If you wanna hire an unethical businessman than this is your place! While I was here he did not pay 5 other employees their last checks! Some quite and some laid off and some fired. Doesn’t matter the reason they no longer work here, he simply won’t pay regardless. I’m taking these issues to the department of labor!
Came out promptly, within 2 hours of calling on a holiday, and got our AC back working again.
Today we had Ed come to do some repairs. There aren’t enough words to describe him. He is probably one of the most delightful plumbers/ technicians we have ever met. Not to mention his brilliance. Explained everything perfectly. Please take good care of this man…..he deserves a big raise. I hope they are aware of his worth.
Don’t waste your time calling. Horrible customer service called for an appointment took the day off because I was told I tech would be out next morning 8 am-10 am & it’s now 8 pm, I waiting over 24 hours mind you it’s during the week. Called the office multiple times to follow up & asked if the tech was on the way and they said yes. Yet no one has showed or called back. Ridiculous just went ahead and called “Best Home Services” they showed up in 35 minutes.
