Best company ever!!! Alex always comes out for maintenance on my HVAC system and he's been great, so when I had a plumbing problem, I decided to reach out to General Air and Plumbing for that too, and I'm so glad I did! First, Hanna answered my phone call and she was very sweet and helpful. She told me she'd get a plumber to come out as soon as possible, and she did!!! This a one of the worst hvac companies you can hire. The owner is very unethical! Just google him! He does not pay his old employees their last checks! He gambles 2 times a week! If you wanna hire an unethical businessman than this is your place! While I was here he did not pay 5 other employees their last checks! Some quite and some laid off and some fired. Doesn’t matter the reason they no longer work here, he simply won’t pay regardless. I’m taking these issues to the department of labor!
Came out promptly, within 2 hours of calling on a holiday, and got our AC back working again.
Today we had Ed come to do some repairs. There aren’t enough words to describe him. He is probably one of the most delightful plumbers/ technicians we have ever met. Not to mention his brilliance. Explained everything perfectly. Please take good care of this man…..he deserves a big raise. I hope they are aware of his worth.
