Extremely angry with this practice!! Keep your babies away if you care at all for their safety. Will update my review shortly. But the protocols in place to keep your infant safe are extremely low standards
This place is below average at best. They schedule your appointments months in advance, they don’t give you an option. No flexibility for changing appointments. The only thing they did was weigh and measure our baby, usually done by a technician. Many times measured our baby to be shorter than the previous month. We had to tell the resident or doctor that it wasn’t done correctly, they had to remeasure and sure enough she wasn’t shorter. Can’t even do basic stuff correctly. I absolutely LOVE Dr.Palmer and every other medical personnel my child has seen there over the last 4 years. BUT the office personnel there is HORRIBLE! specifically the referrals lady named ASHLEY. Over the past few months she is the only person that calls back regarding referrals and she has no idea what she is doing or how to talk to customers. The one star is for the facilities. It is very nice. But the wait times are out of the us world. They tell you to arrive 20 minutes before your appointment but you won’t be seen until at least an hour after the time you were scheduled to be seen. Expect to spend your entire day here and then get rushed through your appointment.
The wait times with an scheduled appointment is ridiculous. I've waited 2 hours for an scheduled appointment. Then have to wait an additional 30 minutes once in the back to see the doctor. Now an additional hour for shots and no one is even in the waiting area. This is ridiculous.
