Terrible Safety Protocols!!!! Extremely angry with this practice!! Keep your babies away if you care at all for their safety and if you care about your mental health. the protocols in place to keep your infant safe are extremely low standard. Everything is a curtesy not a requirement! Expect at least 4 different people touching your naked child, expect them not to ask for consent before picking up your child. This place is below average at best. They schedule your appointments months in advance, they don’t give you an option. No flexibility for changing appointments. The only thing they did was weigh and measure our baby, usually done by a technician. Many times measured our baby to be shorter than the previous month. We had to tell the resident or doctor that it wasn’t done correctly, they had to remeasure and sure enough she wasn’t shorter. Can’t even do basic stuff correctly. I absolutely LOVE Dr.Palmer and every other medical personnel my child has seen there over the last 4 years. BUT the office personnel there is HORRIBLE! specifically the referrals lady named ASHLEY. Over the past few months she is the only person that calls back regarding referrals and she has no idea what she is doing or how to talk to customers. The one star is for the facilities. It is very nice. But the wait times are out of the us world. They tell you to arrive 20 minutes before your appointment but you won’t be seen until at least an hour after the time you were scheduled to be seen. Expect to spend your entire day here and then get rushed through your appointment.
