This is the absolute WORST CHILDREN'S DOCTORS I'VE EVER BEEN TO My pharmacy sent 3 medication refill request to the doctors they neglected to notify any of their patients that those request are never delivered. I called 2 times today to get medication refilled as my daughter does not have an appointment for 1 week and is currently going through withdrawals from the medication that these doctors prescribed. Terrible Safety Protocols!!!! Extremely angry with this practice!! Keep your babies away if you care at all for their safety and if you care about your mental health. the protocols in place to keep your infant safe are extremely low standard. Everything is a curtesy not a requirement! Expect at least 4 different people touching your naked child, expect them not to ask for consent before picking up your child. This place is below average at best. They schedule your appointments months in advance, they don’t give you an option. No flexibility for changing appointments. The only thing they did was weigh and measure our baby, usually done by a technician. Many times measured our baby to be shorter than the previous month. We had to tell the resident or doctor that it wasn’t done correctly, they had to remeasure and sure enough she wasn’t shorter. Can’t even do basic stuff correctly.
