Customer’s BEWARE! Our experience with Gene Wagner Plumbing was EXTREMELY disappointing, and I would urge anyone considering this company to go somewhere else. We called them because our tenant believed there may have been a drain issue. According to the technician’s own invoice, “Floor drain was not backing up upon arrival” and after running the laundry tub, flushing the toilet, and running the bathtub for 20 minutes, there were still no backups.
