Horrible, Expensive and Belligerent – If we could give out a ZERO star we would. We already reported them to the BBB. We agreed to reupholster an ottoman with patterned fabric we supplied to Gene Sanes for $386!!! Gene Sanes agreed to ensure the fabric pattern would be centered squarely on the ottoman. It was important to squarely center the patterned fabric to match a chair which was previously upholstered by Gene Sanes with the same patterned fabric.
