They have good communication, Jack was the one that helped me, I was going to get a bmw x3 but it had too many issues, so they gave me a different car for the same price.

Dishonest business. Salesperson Craig is a fast-talkin' high pressure liar. The car I was buying didn't have a jack or spare tire. He said he would get them for me. When I went back a few days later to get the plates he handed me a jack. I said what about a spare tire. He said very coldly "I never promised that and cars don't come with spare tires anymore".
