Jeremy Chastain and personnel at the dealership completed routine maintenance in a friendly, respectful, low pressure manner. Not as fast as a dedicated quick oil change facility, but the time was reasonable reflecting attention to detail.
Shalina, the service writer got me in and out fast than she told me. Was very respectful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Gene Messer Ford of Amarillo.
Very upset had my car in the shop three or four times and still having problems. Nobody wants to call me back. They don’t wanna do what I say. They wanna do other things. Very upset. Wouldn’t buy Ford again then pay my car payment for three years on time still no help.
