Records from ancient Egypt and Syria indicate many early awnings consisted of woven reed or grass mats supported by freestanding pole structures. By the time of the Roman Empire, awnings were often made of linen or wool fabric and supported on sail-like rigging.

They have a customer for life with me. The estimates I received from others did not compare, and the workmenship is A++++ I would highly recommend them to all my friends.
