From start to finish, buying my new car here was a very pleasant experience! Genuinely good service feels harder and harder to come by these days but not the case at this dealership. Exceptional customer service. They were efficient and made the entire process feel seamless. Dave C. was wonderful to work with. He was thorough, knowledgeable, engaging, and also very patient with my kids being there:) I’d highly recommend working with this dealership!!

The whole team at Gene Langan is very professional. I worked with Frank Pawlowicz whom I highly recommend. He’s very calm and patient and provided excellent insights into the cars that I test drove.
I never write reviews but my experience was so god awful I NEED to tell the experience. Had my 2012 TDI serviced here about a year ago and paid over $4,000 to have 2 brake calipers replaced and they failed within 8 months. The calipers completely rusted and frozen solid after ONE YEAR! The car is NOT parked in grass or a wet environment at all (service tried to blame me right out of the gate). We also had the DPF and the NoxCat replaced for $3500 in early 2024 and they both failed after TWO years! Will never come to this dea... read more
