Excellent customer service experience. Byram Tamri has been a pleasure to deal with when any questions or concerns arose during the buying process. These guys are a step above most dealers hands down. Gene is a great guy, as well as Miguel, Steve, Troy and Chris, all who made the buying experience better.
Went to Gene Langan's yesterday for a simple but urgent repair, and Troy personally came out to check out what was going on with an oil leak. He not only got me in right away (even though it was lunchtime), they cleaned up the engine too! Gene was also there, and is always friendly, and makes sure I'm completely satisfied. This is why I've bought 3 Passats there over the past 14 years, and I'll never go anywhere else!
