Every moment of my buying experience was amazing. They are redefining the car buying experience. I kept waiting to be tricked or offered a service I did not want or need. The closest moment came when Freddy offered me a 5 year unlimited bumper to bumper warranty for $3k. Normally I do not purchase these, but he gave me the story of his dad recently receiving a large repair for free (minus $100 deductible). Greg S is probably one of the nicest salesman I ever met. The finance manager was clearly there to help us get out of a lemon we had just purchased and got us into a new vehicle with very little hassle. They are an honest dealership in Punta gorda I highly recommend.
