My husband and I moved in 2013. At first we thought it was a pretty decent place hoause was clean lil things needed to be fixed nothing major. The Landlord is the problem coming to home constantly without notice, talking about his residents personal business with other residents of his rentals. Digging through the dumpster. Pulling his truck and in to rental properties and watching you like he is invisible... My personal opinion for anyone concidering renting dont choose this one..
