Front desk staff are very rude and don’t maintain Patients history at all
He wanted to recommend me for treatment for mouth cancer. The doctor he sent me to wanted to start treatment the very day I went there before he even examined my mouth. I followed up with another doctor and I did NOT have cancer.
He saw a "spot" he claimed in my mouth and urged me to see a specialist about possible mouth cancer. I saw doctor he recommended who wanted to start treatment the very first day without even first examining my mouth. I followed up with another doctor and I did NOT have mouth cancer.
Dr Cohen, and the whole team, are excellent. I have seen many other dentists over the years, and he is by far the best. He is honest, and does great work. The preventative work of the Hygienist, Heather, is excellent. I do not trust my teethe & gums to anyone else.
Unlike one of the reviews, I thought the front office was wonderful. She scheduled me with ease and took care of my insurance even when I didn't provide her with an actual card. Dr. Cohen did a great job and his assistants were great.
wanted to fill non-existent cavities
Dr. Cohen was fast, painless, and accurate. I couldn't believe I had a new crown in under 30 min. The bite was so accurate and there were no sensitivities after drilling out my tooth, I couldn't even tell I was at the dentist that afternoon. My work felt completely like my original tooth. Very happy girl.
This guy will try and cheat you out of your money by billing for frivolous things not covered by insurance. Stay far, far away from him.
Dr. Cohen was nice enough and did a good job, but the rudeness of the receptionist who I dealt with over the phone from the scheduling of the appointment to the finalization of the insurance payment processing was enough for me not to return and also enough to warrant this review.
