They don't return phone calls, emails, and the place blame on anyone that isn't them. They never having staffing. And, a few of the employees are beyond the rude side. If you care for your loved one, keep searching for care. The only nursing care I have is the nurse I brought to this company!!
They are think more on their safety than the patient safety. They don't have the way to help families with real needs. They don't provide options to help everyone,the only priority is their staff.
