Gena helped me with my caffeine addiction and also gave me some natural ways to keep my anxiety in check, like vitamins and supplements. This has dramatically helped me in my training. She is the best and I cannot recommend enough!
When my life was falling apart Gena was there. When you are struggling like I was you don’t want a doctor you want a friend! From day one Gena treated me with kindness and respect. She helped me through my darkest days. I can’t say everyday is rosy for me now but at least I have someone who is on my side fighting to keep me healthy and mentally stable.
