Writing this review comes up with lots of emotions for me. I live in Vancouver, Canada. Two years ago I got pregnant naturally within our first month of trying . Later on, I found out I was pregnant with twins. Sadly, I lost them both in the middle of the second trimester due to poor judgements by MFMs. After that loss, It took me a long time to function. Our experience at Gen 5 has been amazing since our first consultation last year. We worked with incredible people who were compassionate and knowledgeable from day one. Dr Wood is a great doctor who is very special, he has a winning mindset and has given us so much hope in our journey. This will be my 2nd time working with Gen 5. The whole team is exceptionally compassionate with the whole process. The office is easy to locate and immaculate. The front desk girls are polite and kind. Denise has been very helpful throughout my surrogacy thus far. She is kind, knowledgeable, and supportive.
