I manage three office/flex buildings in Greenwood Village, Castle Pines and Castle Rock. Gen 3 has helped me on four different occasions and done a remarkable job with what I that to be very reasonable rates. They've found leaks, fixed roof punctures and did a specific job with a very demanding tenant, installing a ventilation system that removed exhaust out of the space and essentially out of the building keeping all the other tenants very happy. I interviewed a few roofing companies before deciding to go with this one. Working with Aaron was great. I didn't feel pressured into anything like another company made me feel. He answered all my questions and they did the work on the timeline I needed. They were fast and very professional. The roof looks great. If you need a new roof, I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys.
I worked with Aaron and his team to get a leaking section of my roof fixed. The communication was fantastic, everyone was on time and professional. And the office staff was an absolute pleasure to speak with! I highly recommend this team for all your roofing needs.
