Excellent employees and agreeable pricing, had never had a bad expirence with anyone in the store. Loose jewels are also priced well. Their jewlery maker is awesome and so is Noemi!
Gemstore by JTV is a great place to find some beautiful jewelry, curated pieces, one of a kind estate jewelry, and a fantastic atmosphere with genuinely friendly and knowledgeable sales people. M6 wife and I love stopping by to see if what we can find and visit with our friends. Dont pass it by if you are in the area.
Dropped off a necklace for repair they told me it would be fixed the following week, it’s been 2 weeks and still don’t have my jewelry. They told me it will be another 3 weeks as they send it to Kentucky for repair. Ridiculous, should have taken to marksman’s they would have repaired it in a day or two. Lesson learned I won’t be going back there again
