This company does not call anyone back! How do you do business in this manner. The agents are non communicative with their clients. They don’t deliver what is supposed to be happening within the contract. Taking advantage of college students and their families. Don’t recommend them at all.
Awful experience, we moved into a house that was filled with cockroaches & trash. Denise never responded to our questions and they fully destroyed our yard without our permission. I never make reviews, but this company truly took advantage of us.
Really enjoyed renting through Gemstone Property Management. They were always prompt if we had any issues with the home and they always communicated well with us. Would recommend renting one of their properties
unfortunately they have a bulk of college homes for students. response time is unacceptable for broken appliances and response time for issues are responded with "i am so busy and have a lot of clients...please be patient". Honestly this is NOT okay because we can't get answers. washing machine/dryer unit has been broken for 4 weeks now. The reviews are from people that OWN the houses but for RENTERS....BEWARE!
