Really enjoyed renting through Gemstone Property Management. They were always prompt if we had any issues with the home and they always communicated well with us. Would recommend renting one of their properties
unfortunately they have a bulk of college homes for students. response time is unacceptable for broken appliances and response time for issues are responded with "i am so busy and have a lot of clients...please be patient". Honestly this is NOT okay because we can't get answers. washing machine/dryer unit has been broken for 4 weeks now. The reviews are from people that OWN the houses but for RENTERS....BEWARE!
Denise helps provide a barrier between students and the neighbors who want to get rid of student housing and try to report anything they can at the expense of students. Response times may be delayed but she helps offer solutions for any issues.
