I have lived here for over 5 years. Never have i ever lived in a place that didn't care about the residents like this place. Maintenance is a joke with absolutely no knowledge of what they're doing. Management treats you like a criminal in section-8 housing. The most minor infractions will see you bullied, harrassed, and eviction threatened. They also lie in their description of the place. (1-3-2023 update: Park is using other residents to go after residents they do not like.) Do not rent or buy a trailer in any Gemstone Communities Park. The are lawless and harass & intimidate residents. It is like a concentration camp and they do not respect your rights. I have lived at Pepper Point Mobile Home Park for 5 years. It is quiet and a nice place to live. I have never encountered any problems living here. My neighbors are friendly and courteous. Management is extremely friendly, helpful and quick to respond to situations as needed. Not only is Pepper Point accessible to all areas of travel, Pepper Point is a safe, pleasant place to make a home.
Called Miguel 3 times told him to please call me. He did not call me. The recording stops before stating who the person your leaving the message is for. Employee threatening eviction even though law does not permit. Be very careful here.
