I have live in this community for 10 yrs and thru 3 management companies. The Gemstone Community management are the absolute worse. They own, what like hundreds of properties, and yet constantly raise the lot rent. When is enough enough for them? On their own website they gross something like 57 million a year. And yet, my lot rent goes up $65.00 to help pay for road work being done this spring. Why? You make enough money already. Crooked scoundrels
This is a ride, so here we go. Overall, the community is great. It's quiet, the residents in the area aren't particularly awful and it's a generally wonderful area to live. I can't say the same about the company. Ever since we showed interest in moving states into the place we are now, it has been a nightmare. This is a small and very nice community. I’m very happy to live here and will continue to do so. Management is also very accommodating.
I’ve been living here since 2005 it’s a well kept up mobile home community!!The office a staff treat you like family they have a swimming pool a playground a basketball court a laundromat a different things to do for the holidays!!
I been living here since 2005 this Cummunity is well maintained. It’s a family community they keep it up! The office treat you like family!! I love living here it’s quiet an just a great safe place for you a your family to live!!!!

Had to leave a star, but they don't deserve one. Lot rent has increased 250 dollars a month in the past couple of years. What used to be a pleasant place to live is now managed by an equity management firm that only cares about cash in their pocket. Don't fall for the fake publicity front they are selling.
Wow!!! if the BAD don't just get worse , let's start with this vigilante "Kia" the park manager who absolutely has no business being a manager of any complex or even working around people period.
