Run run run!!! If you find a property being rented by the property management company. My family experience with this property manager (Denise) has been horrible. Do your research, check PAST REVIEWS. We didn’t before encountering her. She’s rude, she a bully, they never keep an appointment time for maintenance calls. She needs to be investigated for property management services.
If you’re considering renting from this property management company, do yourself a favor and run the other way. I’ve been a tenant with them since January 2022, and dealing with them—especially the property manager Denise—has been a constant battle from day one. Maintenance is a joke. Denise is very unprofessional, rude, vile, disrespectful. It's 2024 and you would have thought with everything everyone is going through in this world, that bullying would be the last thing that crosses anyones mind. However, bullying is her forte. With such a putrid personality, and demeanor I'm surprised some as incompetent as herself can manage property. STAY AWAY
The property manager is so rude and unprofessional it's terrible the way she talks to people is so unbelievable she held my paperwork for a month and never processed it never sent anything to housing then had the nerve to deny my application that I sent I sent all my paperwork to her 2/15/24 and haven't heard from them since she said she never got my pet information it's all on my application I wouldn't refer a homeless person to rent property from them it's definitely a SCAM
