Bad customer service I was looking to get a price on my chain(Have been to multiple jewelry store confirmed it was authentic) She claimed the clasp was real but not the chain don’t touch this place! Clearly her acid test is not accurate it’s been tested with the gun and also and lake worth gold mine with acid! Bad look!
Gems and jewelry is a wonderful jewelry store. Very honest and very reasonable prices. I've known the owner for many years. I recommend them.
