Was searching for a necklace for my wife. On a recommendation, I found myself at Gems in North Park. From start to finish, they were incredible. Educating me on different necklace types, lengths and quality. I was able to find the perfect necklace that my wife absolutely loves. 5 stars all day and I would highly recommend Gems in North Park to anyone. Great customer service, knowledge and pricing. They did a great job resizing my plain gold wedding band. Price was very reasonable, and service was friendly. Dropped my band off on Saturday and picked it up Tuesday morning looking brand new and fitting a lot better. Will definitely be back for any jewelry repair needs.

Went and got my daughters earring repaired and the service was amazing can’t even tell the earring was broke very neat work totally recommend this shop

A true gem in North Park! I’ve had a bracelet repaired here and recently had my wedding and engagement rings resized and they do fantastic work. They are quick and the prices are fair. Would absolutely trust with my jewelry in the future.

The owners are very kind and super helpful! I came in looking for a peridot pendant for my girlfriend, when I didn't see any that I thought she would like they offered to replace the gem in a different pendant to peridot. I found a pendant with a more interesting shape and they did the replacement for me the same day! They did an amazing job replacing the gem and cleaning up the pendant for me and also helped me pick out a nice chain for it.
