A true gem in North Park! I’ve had a bracelet repaired here and recently had my wedding and engagement rings resized and they do fantastic work. They are quick and the prices are fair. Would absolutely trust with my jewelry in the future.

The owners are very kind and super helpful! I came in looking for a peridot pendant for my girlfriend, when I didn't see any that I thought she would like they offered to replace the gem in a different pendant to peridot. I found a pendant with a more interesting shape and they did the replacement for me the same day! They did an amazing job replacing the gem and cleaning up the pendant for me and also helped me pick out a nice chain for it.

I purchased Citizen watch solar power ,owner said not to expose to sun light would damage battery.I should have taken time to see as red flag .I took in to replace battery he said water damage the watch is water resistant which he said rain or get it wet was the reason for damage .I opened watch the seal is not a tight fit .I only had 1 years battery supposed to last 4 years ,I paid $200.00 for a damage watch .The owner put the blame something I did and said I needed waterproof.I called around and spoke to jewelry and watch ... read more
