Kristin was amazing. She was recommended to me by my fiancés jewelry where he got my engagement ring. I was a bit nervous doing the appraisal myself, but she was so intelligent and took her time going over everything and checking throughly. She explained what everything meant and made sure I understood. She taught me what disco diamonds where which I have 2!! Super cool. She got my appraisal back to me in a timely manner and gave tips on how to clean it, how often to get it checked, and cleaned yearly. I highly Recommend her... read more
