I cannot say enough great things about Gemma Bridal! Gemma Bridal was incredible to work with from start to finish as a bride! The showroom is spacious and inviting, and their staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Every time I'd visit, they'd also have my name on their welcome sign - personal touches like this make it clear that they love what they do! I had such a wonderful experience at Gemma Bridal! Maggie helped me find my wedding dress, and she was so kind, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. She really listened to what I was looking for and made me feel completely comfortable. I never felt pressured and I truly felt cared for. Gemma bridal saved my daughter’s wedding gown two weeks before her wedding! A seamstress butchered her bustle with large haphazard snaps with stitches that bunched in 10 places along her satin train and Gemma bridal redid the bustle with delicate ribbons and minimal stitches!! It is returned to its original beautiful, elegant style!! They were a life saver for us!!
