They lied to me and sold me a fake pearl necklace! They assured me twice that the pearls were real before I purchased them, only for the paint on the plastic beads to start peeling off less than a week later. I've tried contacting them via email, Facebook, and Instagram, but they left me on read. The business is extremely slimy and unethical at best, but isn't this also illegal?
