Edit: this place was nice at first but as soon as you try to contact or do a warranty claim it’s like talking to a brick wall, make sure that you have everything perfectly and how you would want it before leaving the store!

I explored the collection of jewelry and loved my final pieces. Necklace and four rings. The service was great! I will definitely be back from gifts and Christmas presents. One odd thing...I was looking over my credit card charges from a day of shopping and found the Mastercard charge under "Groceries". Why is the business account setup under Groceries? I will follow-up with my Bank but Gemlet should double-check their setup too.

Just went to gemlet and the girl there named Jenna was an absolute star. She was so kind and helpful. We ended up, leaving with everything we were looking for. Thank you so much Jenna!!

If I could give zero stars, I would! My husband and I purchased a gift card for our daughter for her Confirmation. She had been asking for a permanent anklet so we thought it would be the perfect gift. I brought her in, the Anklet was "welded on" and less that 5 hours later it was gone!!! Fell off while we were out. Didn't even last 5 hours! What kind of permanent jewellery is that? Temporarily permanent?! Clearly, the worker did NOT weld it on properly. Jewelry is cute but there is no warning or verbal acknowledgement that almost everything is final sale (no refunds, exchange only). If I am purchasing something that is unrefundable, I should be told without having to check online for the policy myself.
