The doctors are really nice HOWEVER the person who handles “central scheduling “ when you call and choose option 1 is completely incompetent and NEVER calls you back. Good luck getting an appointment- I had to select “option 2-nursing “ to get someone to leave an actual physical note for the scheduler after trying to reach them every day this week (monday , Tuesday, weds & thurs) and never getting a call back in response to a text message from the surgery center that said “call us to schedule your procedure “ . Place takes great care of the patients they see and are extremely friendly and supportive.
Have had a couple of procedures done here and has always been a good experience. The staff is friendly and efficient as is the doctor. Would recommend.
