I took a day off work to come and get an oil change and tires change over. I was told over the phone 1 and 1/2 hours for this service. When I arrived I was told 2 and 1/2 hours with attitude. Not only did the gentleman that I was dealing with treat me like a complete stranger because my name wasn't in the system and he didn't have my address even though it was on the paperwork in front of him, he gave me attitude.
