Very disappointing experience. I purchased a used 2021 Crosstrek from Gemini Motors in September 2024. Just a few days ago, I noticed an issue with the steering and went in for an inspection. To my surprise, they told me the vehicle was in poor condition and would require over $2,000 in repairs—including replacing the rim and control arm.
