At first, I thought she was great, but it turns out that she's not! At least when it comes to locking! My nephew had gotten a retwist and had to have his roots crocheted, and apparently she doesn't know how to do that part correctly. She did not retwist the root. She also CUT his locking process, further causing injury to his locks 😭!!!! I reached out to her, to have his hair redone and never got a reply, and now I see why!!! Nice little salon. Owner was knowledgable about cutting curls. Very good hair cut for a more affordable rate than most other salons...would recommend it!
Alicia does a great job on my son's hair. Though you'll have to get over the fact that she's always late
