I always get excellent customer service here! The front staff are very friendly and genuine! I’ve tried out 3 different stylist and all were great, friendly and professional. They gave my hair the kind of care it needed, and I have a lot of hair. Thank you Gemi Team!
I've been seeing Candace mostly to get my brown hair dyed at the roots to cover my greys. I started off a lot darker than what actually looks good on me, she has gradually and naturally lightened my hair (from a 6 to a 7) in the past several months and it's so much more flattering. She really has a great eye for colour. My hair is long with some blended layers and I've had some cuts by Candace as well and they were also good. Plus she's a lovely, very likeable person.
Alex did a fabulous job. And all the other staff were very friendly as well. Lovely experience.
