I paid $70 hoping to fix an already not-so-great haircut, but unfortunately, the result turned out even worse. The length on both sides, especially around my face, is visibly uneven. After I washed my hair, the cut looked terrible — the shape completely falls apart, everything sticks out, and it doesn’t hold any style. It’s really disappointing to pay that much and leave the salon feeling even more insecure. I truly hope situations like this are taken more seriously and handled with more care and responsibility.

Had a really disappointing first experience here. I booked an appointment for a haircut, expecting at least a decent level of care and attention. My appointment was at 12:00, and I was literally walking out the door with my receipt in hand by 12:11. Eleven minutes. For what was supposed to be a proper haircut. The stylist, Alex was incredibly rushed and dismissive. Always sporting long hair, I've been purchasing products from Gemi for over 45 years! It's THE place in Victoria for great hair products selection and best prices. I've had my hair cut there as well with various stylists, all very professional yielding fantastic results. Recommended!
