Alex did a fabulous job. And all the other staff were very friendly as well. Lovely experience.
Wonderful hair cut - lovely people!
I paid $70 hoping to fix an already not-so-great haircut, but unfortunately, the result turned out even worse. The length on both sides, especially around my face, is visibly uneven. After I washed my hair, the cut looked terrible — the shape completely falls apart, everything sticks out, and it doesn’t hold any style. It’s really disappointing to pay that much and leave the salon feeling even more insecure. I truly hope situations like this are taken more seriously and handled with more care and responsibility.
Had a really disappointing first experience here. I booked an appointment for a haircut, expecting at least a decent level of care and attention. My appointment was at 12:00, and I was literally walking out the door with my receipt in hand by 12:11. Eleven minutes. For what was supposed to be a proper haircut.
