From an OTR delivery aspect, the crew was good. I called ahead of time to find out where they would want me to park since I’d arrive ahead of schedule. Did so and come the appt time they got me started, however they wanted me to move to a different dock door. No big deal, it was quiet enough. Unloading took a bit longer than I would have figured. Takes forever to go in & out but the service is nice.
This place is a mess! It’s like the dmv, I called and waited for 20min NO ONE ANSWERED! Drove half an hour and I’m waiting for almost 20min NO ONE IS HELPING!
