Its a shame that Gemaire has not rectified the issues with Customer service at the Lakeland location. I have visited this branch frequently for the last 12 years, and consistently walked away with the same experience. My last visit to this store was bad, probably the straw that broke the camels back. I am a very reasonable person who understands, among the Covid debacle, we must exude some patience but.. I waited on the ramp after calling to inform a counter person of my arrival, for 15 min, then the warehouse guy, walked ov... read more

Jack, Brian and Larry are 5 star! Always willing to help and deliver great customer service.
Worst place to come, no greetings, service is slow, doing warranty is a nightmare. Needs new people.
