CROOKS!! We had our food truck at one of their events that was cancelled, and we paid money upfront. They never returned our money. Tried emailing and calling many times and no one ever gets back to you. Yet, if you have to pay them money, they never ever stop with emails, calls and msg’s. "WARNING WARNING" Do not go near this company!!! Management is poor and treatment of staff is appalling. No communication with staff whatsoever at all and we are just a pure number in the real sense. They took over as the Caterer managers at AAMI Park Melbourne late 2024. The bars often run out of stock mid event, with the retail staff incurring the wrath of frustrated customers. I recently held my company national business awards at the Wollongong WIN Stadium venue and was left extremely disappointed by both the event experience and the follow-up response from management. Multiple guests raised concerns on the night — particularly with a main, which resembled more of an entrée than a main meal, and with food temperature across several tables, with 3 tables notably mentioning their food as "stone cold". Very disappointed with the catering provided by Gema Group at the recent sports carnival at Campbelltown Athletics Park. The service was poor, and the staff were noticeably rude, especially towards the students. One staff member in particular, a lady with glasses, was especially sour and dismissive. It’s incredibly unprofessional to treat young people like that at a school event. The overall attitude was unwelcoming and unfriendly. Their Google reviews reflect similar experiences, clearly this is not a one-off.
Great Service. Brain was 10/10 alongst with Tara and Pawan. Thank you team for working great under pressure!
