We had an outdoor corporate box at the Titans game and we prepaid Gema for all our food and drink. We ordered one extra can of drink and our credit card was charged $115 for that one drink. No one will get back to me and I’ve just been charged and ignored! Absolutely disgusting company that is a complete scam. Never ever give them your credit card info. They charge whatever they want and never have to provide any invoice for the charge! Scam company
If I could give less than 1 star I would. F1 experience food and drink wise was appalling. $11 for a small bucket of luke warm chips, $13 for a 330ml can of Heineken that wasn't cold, You had to buy it because you cannot take any liquids into the Grand Prix. Will not be going again.
Went to the NRL season Launch a couple of weeks ago at Commbank Stadium. They had a variety of canapes which were very tasty. We told one of the employees serving named, Dolores that we liked one canapé in particular. She continued sending that same canape over to us. Thank you Dolores for making our night more enjoyable
I recently held my company national business awards at the Wollongong WIN Stadium venue and was left extremely disappointed by both the event experience and the follow-up response from management. CROOKS!! We had our food truck at one of their events that was cancelled, and we paid money upfront. They never returned our money. Tried emailing and calling many times and no one ever gets back to you. Yet, if you have to pay them money, they never ever stop with emails, calls and msg’s. This company should be jailed for such extremely poor business practices.
