I’m writing this review mainly to help people who have done jewelry workshops before. Since it would have been helpful for me to know this beforehand. The studio is cute and the finished jewelry looks beautiful, and the instructor was okay. However, the experience was much less hands-on than I expected. Unfortunately a very poor experience. It seems the results of your time here are based on how skilled your assistant "silversmith" is. Ours unfortunately was new. Which here means she is still in training as none of the workers here have any experience with silversmith work prior to this tip based job. Our "silversmith" had no idea what was going on. We asked to have an inlay ring to have a certain look with glass inside the ring. She guided us along but once we were done you cant see any of the rocks inside the resin. It's ... read more
I was disappointed in all the “out of stock” charms? No colors and basically forced to make a theme of stars/moons or food. With the windows completely unshaded the sunlight was blazing hot and uncomfortable. Kate was kind to let us move to a table in the shade but we had to ask. Overall- I would discourage people from doing the charm bar thing I was not impressed. Also it’s not for sensitive skin girlies. I had a rash form not even 3 hours after wearing it.
