The people here were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the space itself is fun to work in. That said, there were two things that really bothered me. First, the pricing structure is not very transparent. It’s $75 per piece, not per person, and this includes earrings — meaning you automatically pay $75 for each one, plus any add-ons. Honestly one of the coolest experiences ever!! The staff is absolutely amazing and they all go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience! They check in with you constantly to make sure you are happy with your piece and that it is going exactly how you want it to. Every detail is of the utmost importance to them, and all they truly want is you to love your piece and experience! Abby, Kaden, & Allie are the absolute best!!!!
