Did not address all issues and over charged. Disappointed
DON'T GO HERE! First of all seeing the doctor never happens. I had a procedure after getting a quote but was charged double when it was finished! I've been going here for years and I had been told how bad the office staff is but until now I hadn't had any problem. now I know what people were talking about!
I have been coming to Gem State for 15+ years! Dr Mings and The PA's, plus the rest of the staff, are knowledgeable, caring, and gentle! I recommend them highly!!
DO NOT GET ANY MICRO NEEDLING DONE AT THIS PLACE! IT MADE IT TWICE AS BAD! WARNING!
Great, quick, and personable care! Each time I have been in, they have attended to me promptly and have approached me as a person, not a patient. I even went in with a sunburn, expecting to get chastised, but they just shrugged and said, "eh, we're all human." I feel very comfortable with them.
