A friend told me that this place has wonderful leaf/pig compost that works great in vegetable gardens. I pulled in just before closing today to inquire about getting a yard or two of compost in the near future. They had signs up stating 'sourdough available today'... of course I picked up a loaf, and it was hands down the most incredible sourdough loaf I've ever had. The folks I talked to were real people who clearly have their feet firmly planted on the ground. There were super friendly chickens mulling about everywhere too... read more

Lovely small farm, great fresh egg, and beautiful Christmas trees in the winter. The trees can be a little pricey but then again, Christmas trees are pricey everywhere.
It’s that time of year when folks in the Pacific Northwest set out on their adventures for the perfect holiday tree. We are loyal to Gem for our tree adventures. Tony & his family are helpful, friendly, & happy to chat with you & get to know you. Beautiful chickens happily wander amongst the trees & customers.
