GEM is my go-to for plumbing. My parents recommended them, and I recommend them to friends and co-workers. I've had them out multiple times and have always been satisfied with their work. Stan and Chase are great at explaining and fixing issues, giving me options when it was a difficult problem to access, and kindly working on every problem I had on my list. Fast, responsive, courteous.

They respond when I call, they try to talk me through fixing the issue myself first, and they fix the issue when I can’t. They also will not try to sell me something I don’t need.
