I trust GEM. I don’t say that about a lot of businesses, especially plumbers, but I trust Stan and Chase. They respond when I call, they try to talk me through fixing the issue myself first, and they fix the issue when I can’t. They also will not try to sell me something I don’t need. They were recommended by a friend to me, and I’m happy to recommend them to everyone.
Love these guys! Came in for a pipe burst inside outer wall of our home. Thankfully the damage was not as bad as we were suspecting initially. The damaged components were replaced and we were good to go within an hour or so. Stan took the time to explain how to prevent this situation in the future and provided other helpful homeowner tips. Hopefully we won’t have the need in the near future but certainly will be calling these guys should we have any plumbing issues.
Stan kept me in the loop through the entire process. I needed a new faucet installed, my toilet needed a flange repair, our shower needed a new handle and spout and the tube needed a new overflow plate. Stan and his son took care of everything and did a great job. They were both quite friendly and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use Gem Plumbing again.
