EXCELENT COSTUMER SERVICE! The staff is super nice, and joyful, did a great job with the nails. plus they gave us free korean chicken, soda, water and left with a big smile :).
Love it at Gem Nails, Grace is always super accomodating and kind - Janira does a phenomenal job for my nails Grace did a custom design for me today, beautiful job and she even made recommendations personalized for me and I love it!!!
I am so excited that this salon is under new management now for a year. Grace has exceptional skills. I wanted my nail extensions to be shortened and painted and she did exactly what I wanted. She took extra care of checking in with me about the length and the shape, and even the color that she used for my French manicure. This will be my regular go to nail place for sure. They also have coffee tea and water that they offer to all of their clients as well as a super nourishing keratin hand wrap included.
Unprofessional work
Love the service and quality here. So many colors and all the nail techs take their time. They truly care about their customers and the work they do. They also have a free rewards card! Love love love
