I think I did leave a review but I’m happy to leave another. Great service, allowed me to sleep better at night knowing my mum would have some help in the event that she had to get up during the night. She was in assisted living so staffing was virtually none existent during the night. If she fell she could be lying there for quite along time.
My family had a great experience with GEM Healthcare Services. It was an extremely stressful time. The PSW staff was very caring with my parents. The office staff was responsive and efficient. They were able to create a care plan very quickly. GEM helped us until we could secure assisted living for our parents. I’ve already recommended GEM to a friend.
Fantastic caregiving agency. Responded to my need for care for my father super quickly (during Christmas holidays!). Organized. Understood care needs while in hospital. Sent qualified PSWs that are punctual, attentive and caring (especially Williams). Available on call and always responsive. They really were a huge help during a difficult time for my family. I highly recommend this service if you need caregiving for an elderly family member. A heartfelt thank you to Kristy and coordinators and to the wonderful caregivers.
Trying to set up services for a loved one can be very stressful. GEM staff were very supportive and helped get us through a challenging period.
