TRASH! Do not work here or send your family members here! Extremely unprofessional and claim they never have cases but wants to be rude and tell you they’re not giving you your physical that I paid for because they’re just RUDE AND NASTY! DO NOT WORK HERE OR SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE
The Spanish lady at the front desk is rude I went there to sign up for a job and she asked if I had my physical already done and I said no she then said I have to get one done and I said ok she said nothing to me after that then I left so I went back few weeks later with my blood work and she said I need a physical form I then say to her why didn’t she give me a form when I was there the first time then we got into a heated argument and she was trying to down play what I said about her not taking any info from me or inform m... read more
Horrible service. The coordinator Joanne treats you HORRIBLE!!! The person that she sent to us was very scary (her behavior), bad attitude, with no english and no experience. I definitely do not recommend this place.
This company very clearly cares about their patients. Everyone at GEM works very hard and it shows. I’m very happy to leave my parents in the care of GEM
