Very pleased! I purchased a vehicle and GEM financed the car. A month after I purchased the car I had an engine issue. Emily Williams, my account advocate, was very VERY helpful, even when I was a bit irate. She held her cool and made a VERY infuriating situation tolerable. Even though I was being rude, she could see I was just upset and did EVERYTHING she could to make the situation better, and calmed me down in the process!
