Terrible place to rent from.. they are money hungry they act like they gone work with you if you fall behind all they do is stall you out to keep tacking on another month. Giving false hopes if you come up with a certain amount of money they want more. Poor communication on every level. Pest of all sorts. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU NEED SOME WHERE TO LIVE

WORST property management company ever. DO NOT trust them to do anything for you as a landlord (or as a tenant for that matter). I live out of state, so when I had a leak in my property, they told me they were "too busy" to fix the leak and had me call around for a plumber. This took weeks to do over the phone. Isn't managing the property their job? I was willing to pay whatever the cost, but they would not help fix the leak or find someone to do the job.
