Custom jewelry - any kind of repair - master craftsman I'll update when my alterations are complete - but my friend just had a custom designed setting for a center stone she brought in (large engagement ring with many circling stones - like a celebrity would wear). Archie suggested some ways to arrange additional stones and which grade and size would best compliment the center stone - then he designed and made the setting and the price was very reasonable. Faithful client I was reccommended to Archie through a friend with a fabulous ring... I inquired about the incredible ring, and next thing, I was talking to Archie.. The level of craftmanship is AMAZING....He is a master at his craft. He made several pieces for me, and I was estatic... He makes gorgeous jewelry out of his small shop... He is completely trustworthy and incredibly knowledgeable. I am going to refer everyone to this master. I will never buy jewelry anywhere else!!!

This little 'GEM' in the Gem City is just that! -- Now w/ the "other" jeweler (BOXX JEWELERS 1 blk. away from Gem City Jewelers) finally closing their doors after operating on Myrtle since 1921, where to go? -- Fear not, because GEM CITY JEWELERS is first rate, & up to the task. I've had the most impressive repair work done here, & Archie built a stunning pair of earring from a ring I no longer had use for! -- They are master 'old-school' tradesmen, & are so good at what they do.
amazing service I grew up in Monrovia & have been going to this place for more than 25 yrs. now. Even though I live 60 miles away now, I can't imagine going anywhere else. This tiny little shop has an outstanding reputation in the city & is a handful of shops that have weathered the massive changes & development of Myrtle Ave. & the surrounding community.
