12/4/2022 Cedar Run Apartments Denver, CO. False claim of an asbestos outbreak resulted in lease termination of 62 units. Tenants left with no shelter. Gelt Inc and AMC LLC began their renoviction process. Filed fraudulent insurance claims on all 62 undamaged units. Received insurance payout, painted walls, new carpet, raised rent for all new tenants. This is not a "property investment company" it is a criminal organization. Cross reference asbestos, fire, apartment, AMC LLC, and Gelt Inc yourself to see the pattern.
Terrible
Tesla with license plate “Gelt Inc” cut me off today and then slowed down to 55 mph in the fast lane. You guys sucks at property management AND driving.
Trash company, buildings they own are becoming slums, won't take calls. Police and security refuse to come out to building now.
