My fiancé went in for a ring resize. They cut out the piece with the engraved stamp describing the karat gold. The ring was still too big when they finished. When my fiancé told the lady the ring was still too loose she said “she would fill out.”
Do not go here!! They messed up my engagement ring and I had to purchase a whole new one from a different jeweler.
Brought in my lovely other's diamond ring 2 upgrade it from a 1/2 ct 2 a full ct. They told us no problem. They askex me if I wanted 2 put the half in2 a "Black Onex" ring? I asked how would it look? They said " see what u think when it's done". OH MY STARS!!!
