In doing some research for the frozen pipes in our condo complex, Eric from Gelinas came over and talked about possible solutions. He gave us so much excellent advice and answered all of our questions and concerns. We were very impressed by his knowledge and friendliness.
Excellent responsiveness from customer service to respond to my after-hours call on my furnace problem and to schedule their technician. Mike was outstanding and explained everything as he did his troubleshooting and fixed the problem. We highly recommend Gelinas and Mike, too!
Just completed installation of a Fujitsu heat pump and couldn't be happier with the service we received from Gelinas. They were polite, on time, clean and very knowledgeable. The startup process was quite easy and I'm very pleased. Wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
