Great job. We had no heat and they came quickly and resolved the problem.
Called Gelinas and they came out at 1am to repair my non-heating zone. Alex got the job done and was kind, professional, and had great communication throughout. Thankful to them for saving the day on a night where it dropped to 3°!
Woke up to 8 degree temp outside this Fri, 12/5 (coldest day of year so far), 53 inside: furnace was dead. Gelinas said no appts available til Mon, but they'd do their best if a spot opened. Jim arrived soon after noon- found the problem- cleaned a 'line'- and we were toasty within an hour. YAY!
Service man came for exhaust leak. Removed cover, used oversized adjustable wrench to remove 4 nuts holding inspection plate. Broke one stud off , after inspection instead of replacing broken stud used sealant to hold airtight plate in place. Yes found exhaust leak 90 degree elbow. Quoted $1200 plus for EMERGENCY cleaning and replacement of exhaust pipe
I needed a new boiler/furnace. Gelinas and team arrived on scheduled, worked efficiently to get done timely, and I was kept up to date on completion. All systems checked and service was excellent. I highly recommend and will be using them again. Kelly
