I WOULDN'T give this company 1 star, nor would I recommend it to anyone! They are not in business to help clients; all they care about is Money. It's unacceptable and unprofessional the manner in which they have acted towards me. I have 100% benefits, and they still want me to pay $200.00 just to be able to book an appointment, which is unacceptable. 35 minutes spent looking for a parking spot. While it may not be their responsibility, it is their problem. When I finally walked in the secretary hands me paperwork to fill out? Did you not receive this information from my dentist? Wasted my afternoon. I also have 2 insurance plans why do I have to pay $150 upfront?
He performed gum surgery on me. He was professional and the graft still looks like new. Highly recommend!
